Does it trade every day?
No. The system is scheduled to evaluate the market on eligible trading days, but it may issue no trade when required market or technical conditions are not satisfied.
Is execution automatic?
The included NinjaTrader integration can automate execution after it is properly installed and configured. Customers remain responsible for their brokerage account, platform settings, position size, and risk controls.
Is profitability guaranteed?
No. Futures trading involves substantial risk, and losses can occur. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Do I need trading experience?
Basic familiarity with futures trading and trading platforms is helpful. Founding Members receive onboarding assistance during setup.

TERMS OF SERVICEEffective Date: September 9, 2026These Terms of Service govern your purchase of and access to the Opening Bell Systems software, system-generated trading decisions, technical integrations, updates, onboarding materials, and related services.By purchasing or using Opening Bell Systems, you agree to these Terms.1. ELIGIBILITYYou must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for complying with all laws, brokerage requirements, exchange rules, platform terms, and market-data agreements applicable to you.2. SERVICEOpening Bell Systems provides licensed trading software, access to software-generated trading decisions, NinjaTrader integration, onboarding materials, software updates, and customer support.The system is designed to evaluate MNQ futures conditions around a scheduled decision time. A decision or trade is not guaranteed on every trading day. The software may decline to act when required data, technical, market, or safety conditions are not satisfied.Opening Bell Systems may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, regulatory considerations, or product improvement.3. CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTSYou are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required third-party services, including a compatible Windows computer, NinjaTrader, a supported brokerage connection, appropriate market data, internet access, and any trade-copying tools you elect to use.Third-party platform, brokerage, market-data, exchange, and trade-copying fees are not included in your subscription.Opening Bell Systems is intended for customers using appropriately authorized brokerage accounts. It is not designed or marketed specifically for prop-firm evaluation accounts. You are responsible for determining whether your use complies with the rules of any brokerage, funded account, or third-party trading program.4. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLINGThe subscription price is $500 per month, plus applicable taxes.Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to process recurring subscription charges and applicable taxes.You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise required by law.Completed subscription charges are nonrefundable, and partial-month refunds or credits are not provided, except where required by applicable law. If Opening Bell Systems approves an exception, that exception does not create an obligation to provide future refunds.5. SOFTWARE LICENSEWhile your subscription remains active, Opening Bell Systems grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the provided software and services.You may not:• Share, sell, sublicense, publish, or transfer your access credentials or software.• Distribute system decisions or provide access to unauthorized third parties.• Copy, reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary models, source code, or system logic except where applicable law expressly permits it.• Circumvent licensing, authentication, security, or subscription controls.• Use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.6. ACCOUNT SECURITYYou are responsible for protecting your access credentials and for activity performed using them. Notify [email protected] promptly if you believe your credentials or software access have been compromised.7. TRADING RESPONSIBILITYOpening Bell Systems does not control your brokerage account and does not make individualized decisions based on your finances, objectives, risk tolerance, or personal circumstances.You are solely responsible for:• Deciding whether futures trading is appropriate for you.• Selecting your accounts, brokers, platforms, and data providers.• Setting position size, leverage, stop-loss, profit-target, and execution parameters.• Monitoring software, connectivity, orders, fills, and open positions.• All gains, losses, fees, slippage, missed trades, duplicate orders, rejected orders, and other account activity.You must maintain appropriate safeguards and should not use the software with funds you cannot afford to lose.8. NO INVESTMENT ADVICEOpening Bell Systems provides software and automated system outputs. Nothing provided constitutes individualized investment, financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice.No communication, system output, example, video, historical result, or educational material should be interpreted as a recommendation tailored to you.9. PERFORMANCE AND RISKFutures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor.Past performance, modeled results, backtests, walk-forward results, demonstrations, and live examples do not guarantee future performance. Hypothetical or simulated results have limitations and may differ materially from actual trading.No profit, performance level, win rate, availability, or avoidance of loss is promised or guaranteed.10. AVAILABILITY AND TECHNOLOGYThe service depends on software, computers, internet connections, market-data providers, brokers, trading platforms, external services, and other technology that may fail or become unavailable.Opening Bell Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free execution, exact timing, continuous signal delivery, or compatibility with every account or platform configuration.11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYOpening Bell Systems and its licensors retain all rights in the software, models, documentation, branding, website, system logic, content, and related intellectual property. Your subscription provides a limited right of use and does not transfer ownership.12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATIONAccess may be suspended or terminated for failed payment, cancellation, unauthorized sharing, misuse, violation of these Terms, security concerns, or unlawful activity.Upon termination, your license and access rights end. Provisions concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and trading responsibility survive termination.13. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIESTo the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Opening Bell Systems disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, accuracy, availability, and trading performance.Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.14.
